IInstallation YUVET-OO5 is intended for the production of powders with the
productivity 6.50 kg/hour from vegetables, fruit, berries, mushrooms, meat, fish,
medicinal herbs, pulses, spices, honey and others with the dispersion 25.100 microns,
humidity 6.10%, and complete retention of vitamins, bioactive, flavor and other
constituents with the help of YUVET-technology activating method. The main users of
powders are: milk plants, confectionaries, baking, pharmaceutical, and perfume
industries; productions of sausages, concentrated quick-cooking breakfasts, baby food,
food supplements, natural colours and other stuffs.
Powders, made with the help of YUVET technology, are as good as sublimated ones,
